1. Free Personal & Commercial License

ConvGrid grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use our online tools for both personal, educational, and commercial purposes. All output files (PDFs, images, QR codes, icons, invoices, and code snippets) generated by you using ConvGrid are 100% royalty-free and watermark-free. You retain full intellectual property ownership of your original and converted files.

2. Acceptable Use & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files, documents, images, and text you process through ConvGrid. By using our services, you warrant that:

• You own the files you process or have obtained all necessary legal permissions and authorizations from the rightful owner.
• You will not use our tools (such as Protect & Unlock PDF, Sign PDF, or Invoice Maker) for forgery, unauthorized decryption, copyright infringement, or fraudulent activities.
• You will not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or perform automated denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our servers or APIs.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Service)

All tools on ConvGrid—including our Passport & ID Photo Maker, Invoice Generator, and Unit/Date Calculators—are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Important Notice for Official Documents: While our Passport Photo tool and Invoice Generator follow international standards (e.g., US 2x2", UK, and EU biometric guidelines), government agencies and tax authorities may update their regulations at any time. Users are responsible for verifying that final outputs meet their local authority's exact specifications.

4. Limitation of Liability

Because ConvGrid processes files locally in your browser or in zero-retention ephemeral memory without keeping backups, we cannot recover lost or corrupted files. Always keep a backup of your original documents. In no event shall ConvGrid or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our utilities.

5. Changes to Terms

As we add new utilities to ConvGrid, we may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
